About Kerry
Kerry commenced her career with National Mutual during the late 1980’s within National Mutual’s newly created ‘Women’s Life’ division. Kerry had a passion for ensuring women were planning for their retirement and future financial freedom. During her time with National Mutual and subsequent positions within the financial services sector, Kerry honed her skills through continuous education and professional development.
Kerry has an extensive knowledge of the Government superannuation funds as a result of her appointment to assist Government sector employees during the transition programs in the 1990’s.
Kerry gained an intimate understanding of the stress families confront during the care of an aged family member or the decision to place their loved one into aged care, when Kerry’s mother was placed into aged care accommodation. The period leading up to the aged care accommodation decision for Kerry's mother was quite stressful for all family members. It was as a result of this personal experience in 2008, Kerry decided she would specialise in aged care financial advice in order to assist and guide clients through a very difficult time and share her own experience.
Kerry is passionate about assisting family/s with decisions required for transition into the complicated world of Aged Care.
